Returns/Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may
return it within 45 days of purchase for a refund, less shipping
costs and a $5.00 restocking fee.

site are valid only on the site and cannot be matched over the
phone or in retail outlets. That means if the site has a
promotion, that promotion can only be received on the site and

shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title
for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

all claims, losses, damages (including reasonable attorney's
fees) constituting and arising out of a breach of any of the
provisions of these Terms of Use, including, without limitation,
your placement or transmission of any content onto Duniya
Vision's servers and/or from any and all use of the Chai Pani

If we believe that at any time you have violated any of these
Terms of Use we may terminate your access to the Chai Pani etc

Governing Laws
